To sum up integrative nursing experience of a case with chronic refractory wound formation caused by drug extravasation. The essentials of integrative nursing are：structured nursing intervention of “assessment-management-treatment” based on the Triangle of Wound Assessment；determination of the timing for integrative nursing according to the theory of TCM sores and ulcers；implementation of copper board scraping method to promote circulation of qi and blood；use of Huo-long Comprehensive Moxibustion Therapy to promote muscle regeneration. With the help of the cooperation of the multidisciplinary specialist nursing team，the wound was completely healed after 59 days of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing interventions.

Objective This research analyzed the latent profile of occupation fatigue of nurses and discussed the influencing factors of occupation fatigue among different types. Methods Based on the Effort-Reward Imbalance Model,we used the convenience sampling method to select 551 nurses from 2 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai in December 2020. The demographic characteristics,Occupation Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery Scale and Effort-Reward Imbalance Questionnaire were used to make a cross-section survey of nurses’ occupation fatigue,and the latent profile analysis was carried out with the results of 3 explicit indexes of Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery Scale. At the same time,the influencing factors of occupational fatigue of nurses were explored by univariate analysis and ordered multi-classification logistic regression. Results The 55l nurses could be divided into 3 latent subgroups,including low fatigue and high recovery（14.5%）,medium fatigue and medium recovery（54.3%） and high fatigue and low recovery（31.2%）. The influencing factors of nurses’ occupational fatigue included total weekly working hours,work-family conflict,external effort,over commitment and reward（P<0.05）. Conclusion The occupational fatigue of nurses can be divided into 3 subgroups. The nursing managers can make individualized psychological interventions according to the influencing factors to improve the self-regulation ability of nurses,so as to reduce the degree of fatigue.

Clinical Care Classification System is one of 12 standardized languages recognized by the American Nurses Association. This paper summarizes the development,structural framework,coding rules of Clinical Care Classification System and its similarities and differences between other nursing terms. The paper discusses the appli-cation status of Clinical Care Classification System in clinical nursing practice abroad from 3 aspects of applicability,mapping and compatibility,analyzes the application value of the system in clinical nursing practice,and provides thinking for its popularization and application in clinical nursing in China.

To summarize the nursing process of a patient with portal vein thrombosis secondary liver failure after liver transplantation who underwent a liver re-transplantation. Nursing points：Based on collaboration of multi-disciplinary teams,during the process of artificial liver support treatment,the accuracy of the dosage of anticoagulant drugs was ensured;coagulation indicators were observed closely,and bleeding prevention measures were implemented. The measures to prevent thrombosis during the perioperative period of re-transplantation were taken and liver blood flow changes were dynamically monitored. During the implementation of minimal immunosuppressive therapy,acute rejection and infection were strictly prevented;during the concurrent chylofistula,a low-fat diet and drainage tube care were carried out. The patient was discharged on foot on the 63rd day after admission.
